Kulliyyat al-Shariah (کلیۃ الشریعہ) is a comprehensive 4-year university-level Islamic graduation program offered by Idara Maarifat ul Quran Online (ادارہ معرفتہ القرآن آن لائن), officially affiliated with Kanzul Madaris Board International. This program covers the complete spectrum of Shariah sciences — Fiqh, Usool al-Fiqh, Tafseer, Hadith, Arabic Grammar (Nahw), Morphology (Sarf), Rhetoric (Balaghat), Islamic Creed (Aqeedah), Logic (Mantiq), Inheritance Law (Faraid), and more. Designed for both male and female students worldwide.
The curriculum follows a carefully structured progression from foundational Arabic language sciences and basic Fiqh in Year 1, through intermediate jurisprudence and Hadith studies, to advanced Tafseer, Aqeedah, and a supervised research thesis in Year 4. Students must have completed Matric / O-Levels or equivalent qualification. Basic knowledge of Arabic grammar is required. An entrance assessment (written and oral) must be passed. Minimum 80% attendance is required to sit for annual examinations.
Students who fail in up to 2 subjects may appear for supplementary exams within 3 months. A maximum of 3 attempts are allowed per subject. Failure after 3 attempts requires repeating the entire academic year. No additional fee for the first supplementary exam.
Minimum age for independent enrollment is 16 years. Students aged 12-15 may enroll with parental/guardian written consent and must have parental supervision during online classes. No upper age limit for enrollment.
Previous educational certificates (attested copies), valid CNIC or passport, two passport-size photographs, character certificate from last institution, medical fitness certificate, and completed application form with application fee receipt.
Students may apply for answer sheet re-checking within 15 days of result announcement. A re-checking fee of Rs. 500 per subject applies. Results of re-checking are final and binding. Re-checking requests must be submitted through official channels only.
Graduates who complete all 4 years with Dars-e-Nizami prerequisites are eligible for official Kanzul Madaris Board International certification. Other students receive the Institute's own verified certificate with digital verification available online.
Students must pass each year before progressing to the next. Year 2 cannot be taken without passing Year 1, and so on. Supplementary exam form can be submitted alongside next year's admission form.
Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or dishonesty during examinations or in the research thesis will result in immediate disqualification. The Board reserves the right to cancel results and bar the student from future examinations.
